The Creative Cloud website and associated websites such as the Adobe Admin Console are all designed to work optimally in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. The site should degrade gracefully on older browsers; you may have trouble using certain features on those older versions. Internet Explorer 9 and earlier are not supported.

Desktop applications
Creative Cloud membership provides access to all creative desktop apps for download and installation on your local computer, as well as additional apps and online services. Desktop applications included with your membership are available in both Mac OS X and Windows versions. All Creative Cloud apps have a minimum operating system requirement of Mac OS X 10.11 and Windows 7, or later. Earlier versions of Creative Cloud apps are supported on earlier operating systems.
Hassle Free Returns:
At LucidMedia, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to LucidMedia within 14 days. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, LucidMedia reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.
How to return or exchange an item:
In order to return an item please sending us a request to our contact page and send us a message.
Rules:
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unopened in the original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
15% restocking fee on any opened items. If you are going to return, do not open the box.
25% restocking fee on LitePanels, Anton Bauer and Sachtler returns.
LucidMedia is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
LucidMedia is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
