When will I received my refund? How long does it take?

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 days after we receive the return package from you. After your refund package has been processed, if you chose to be refunded back to your original payment method, please allow 5-14 business days for your refund to be processed. Timing varies depending on your financial institution and can take up to 30 days. If you choose to receive your refund as BagZag credit, you will receive your refund within 1 days.

Refunds for items that are cancelled or do not need to be returned are processed immediately.
