Return and Refund Policy

You can make a return by following these steps:
- Log in to your BagZag account on BagZag.com or the BagZag app.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the "Return/Refund" button for the relevant order.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and provide the reason for the return. Depending on the reason, you may need to provide additional information.
- If no return is needed, choose your preferred refund method (BagZag credit balance or original payment method) and click "Submit."
- If a return is required, select your return and refund methods. BagZag will provide a return label for free return shipping if seller provides free return and self shipping if no free shipping provides.
- Package the return item(s) and affix the provided return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off your package at the nearest courier service location written on return label.
- You can monitor the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through BagZag's Email/Push notifications.
Please make sure your return package is postmarked within 14/30 days (each product has different accepted return days) after you submit your return, otherwise the return process will be terminated.
2. Is the return shipping free?
When you request a return with BagZag, the return shipping method depends on whether the seller provides free returns or not:
- Free Returns: If the seller offers free returns, BagZag will provide a free return shipping label for you to use.
- Self-Shipping: If the seller does not offer free returns, you will need to ship the item back to the seller at your own expense.
3. Where can I find the return label?
You can find your return label in "My Orders"
- Click on "My Orders"→"Select your order"→"Click on Return"→"Select/Write reason for return"→click on "Download Return Label"
4. Can I return any product I bought on BagZag?
At BagZag, most items you purchase are eligible for return and refund if you are dissatisfied. However, there are a few exceptions:
- At BagZag, every product has options that determine if it is returnable or not by its seller.
- If a product is eligible for return, you can initiate the return process through your BagZag account.
5. How long do I have before making a return?
If an item is eligible for return and refund, you can return it within 14/30 days (each product has different accepted return days) after the day of delivery.
After submitting your return request, you are required to send back your return package within 14/30 days (each product has different accepted return days). Returns cannot be accepted after the 14/30 days (each product has different accepted return days) window, calculated from the date of delivery.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned items and they pass our quality inspection, we will process your refunds promptly.
- If you are missing items or have not received your order, please select the corresponding reason when submitting a refund request by clicking "Return/other help." Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance. The status of your refund will be determined by the tracking information provided by the carrier, indicating whether the items were delivered.
- Refunds can take 1-2 business days to be credited to your BagZag wallet, or 3-5 days to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
7. Important Notice
- The sender's address on your package is not the return address. To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that you only send the return package to the address provided on the return label.
- Please double-check your return package to ensure that you have not accidentally included any items that you do not wish to return. If you mistakenly include a wrong item, please contact Customer Service immediately. While we cannot guarantee that wrong items will be found and returned, we do not store or provide refunds for such items.
