In this position, you’ll:

Track and analyse periodic organic reputation data: create reports and present them to your Team Lead
Be responsible for featured review management on the app store and work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in publishing official replies
Own and manage the brand’s Trustpilot profiles: investigate and resolve member reviews in collaboration with the Member Support department
Run weekly meetings and 1:1s, updating the team on the progress of your results and the channel's overall reputation.

About you:

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the communication and/or reputation management field
You have analytical skills and previous experience with data report creation
You are familiar with Google Applications, Looker, Trustpilot and App Store management tools
You are fluent in English: written and spoken communication (other languages are a plus)
You have stellar records from your previous experience in responding to member inquiries/complaints and can provide references
You are results driven and have a positive track record of meeting set KPI
You are proactive in working with relevant stakeholders

Salary Range

The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
