Do I have to accept a Return?
When you make a sale, the buyer commits to purchase the item as described.
Once the carrier informs us that the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm the item is as specified and provide a rating.
If the buyer feels that the item isn’t as described in the listing, they can request a return. Mercari will look into the situation and determine whether the item is eligible for a return.
Sellers are required to accept all returns approved by BagZag.
